Must read for anyone who
uses or dispenses these drugs
Her analysis of Serotonin
truly shoots down the popular yet incorrect view of Serotonin and how it
is affected by antidepressants. In researching her analysis of Serotonin,
I found her citations accurate. Professionals: Read this and check for
yourself rather than believing what the drug reps and industry sponsored
research tells you. I also liked her analysis of pharmaceutical companies
and their transgressions. While sometimes overstating her point, this is
great and important reading.

If only I had read this
book BEFORE I took Prozac
This well documented book
(with a detailed bibliography) lists all the important adverse reactions
to Prozac such as: psychosis, depersonalization, hallucinations, paranoia,
etc. These are symptoms the doctors forget to tell their patients that
the patient might experience as a result of Prozac use. A must read.

Anyone prescribing or taking
SSRI's should read this
We lost my brother after he
took Zoloft for less than a week. He died a terrible death by his own hand,
without reason, indication, or explanation. Had the prescribing doctor
been even remotely aware of the potential dangers with these drugs, I'm
sure this wouldn't have happened.

A definite must for all
psychiatrists & doctors
I read Ann Tracy's book and
found the information to be very beneficial. I had witnessed people on
these drugs behaving differently, and it is more widespread than we have
been led to believe. This information should be read by ANYone who is in
the medical profession, and ANYone who has a loved one on these 'medications'.
Her research is in depth, yet easily understood by the lay-person.

Ann Tracy books saved my
life!!
I highly recommend this and
all of Ann Tracy's books. I am a survivor an SSRI anti-depressant and Ann's
books helped educate me, my Doctor, my family and friends to the dangers
and devastating potential these drugs can have on you or your loved ones.
Read it! It may save another life, like it did mine! I will be forever
grateful to Ann Tracy.

People DO have various problems with life.
Instead of naming and redefining these problems as various "mental diseases",
and labeling people with them, as is currently done within the psychiatric
community, these problems with life and living are best understood and
addressed outside of the traditional psychiatric paradigm. Why?
Because psychiatric "treatments" such as ECT, lobotomy, and powerful psychotropic
drugs are barbaric, based upon severe faulty scientific methodology, and
quite simply, harm people.
